⇑Carlos Calderón-Macías received a B.S. (1990) in engineering geophysics from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and a Ph.D. (1997) from the University of Texas at Austin in geophysics. He held a postdoctoral position at Mobil Technology in 1997–1999, and then worked as a researcher at the Mexican Institute of Petroleum until 2006. He joined Ion-GX Technology in 2006. His research interests include multicomponent seismology, seismic modeling and inversion.
⇑Xiaobo Dong got his Bachelor and M.Phil. degrees from Hohai University in China and obtained his Ph.D. from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Since 2006 he has been working as an engineer in Hangzhou Metro Group CO., LTD.
⇑Haoping Huang obtained his undergraduate and graduate degrees in geophysics at the Changchun University of Earth Sciences, China, where he was a professor of geophysics for more than ten years. From 1987 to 1988, he was a visiting scholar at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. From 1993 to 1999, he was a research scientist at Geoterrex-Dighem in Toronto, Canada.
